New Product 11/6/09 - Just in time for the upcoming holiday gift-giving season Whitman has introduced their Tribute Edition Coin Boards. These boards are a commemorative reissue in the classic style of coin boards made by Whitman Publishing starting in the 1930s. Before that, collectors had few options (beyond expensive albums and cabinets) for storing their coins. There are two different boards to choose from; Lincoln cents which is a two board set starting 1909 and ending with 1958, and a single board for the Buffalo nickel series from 1913 to 1938. Special Discounts 11/4/2008 - Because of the way these albums were packed in the carton during shipping some of them picked up some minor blemishes like small corner bumps or bruises and possibly some surface scuffing from rubbing against one-and-another in the carton.
These albums are still in great shape and very useable its just that we do not want to sell them as perfect. At the special discounted price you can take advantage of this great savings. Keep in mind that if you were to purchase a problem-free album within a few weeks it too would look slightly blemished from being used. Retail price on this album is $9.99 and the Jake's Special Discounted Price on one with a few minor problems is only $2.99. Order Some Today!

New Product 10/9/09 - Whitman has issued a new Classic coin album titled, First Spouse
(Presidential) Medals Album. Here is the information about these medals: The Presidential $1 Coin Act of 2005 made provisions for $10 Gold Bullion coins representing the first spouses to correspond with the release of the Presidential Dollars. To make these designs accessible to more people, Congress also approved the striking of bronze medals that "bear the likeness of the bullion coins." Once the gold coin is designed, adjustments are made for the bronze medal series. The medals are not legal tender and elements are not replicated. For instance, the date of issue, the motto, the legend, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA do not appear on the medals. The focus is on the art, a first spouse and the emblematic theme reminiscent of a presidency.
